I really liked the geographical situation, very close to the subway station and all the Ancient Rome area. The comfort is more than ok for the price and staff welcoming.
The breakfast is ok but a little "cheap". No shampoo in the bathroom (we did not ask since we had some with us). No living room for breakfast, it is brought to the bedroom (it was not a problem for us but in case you like to have your breakfast outside the bedroom...)

Great spot for a quick stay! the location here was perfect, super close to the subway, underground, and even the Colosseum. Plus, the metro station was just a stone's throw away. 🚇

I stayed here two years ago and I absolutely loved the location. It is easily reachable by foot. The metro station is right on your doorstep and it is a ten minute stroll to the colloseum. The rooms are small and the breakfast is continental but we only slept there so it was sufficient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would always come back but would always opt for the room under the roof with private terrace.

Very close to all tourist attractions, restaurants, metro, anything you need while traveling. Our room 5 was was a very good size and AC worked great.
Beds were really hard, but after a long day walking to all attractions, we slept like babies anyways.

Hotel was central to what I wanted to visit.
Room and bathroom were very small. It was hard to move around in the room and the shower was a very tight space.

If you are not a fat American, you will love this place. It is close to everything you need. The owner is very nice and honest, she will give you a plan of everything to see in the city. The location is right next to hotels that cost 3x as much. It is in a very quiet place with little cafes to get breakfast all around.

The location of this place was awesome - just a 10-minute walk to Vatican City, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We could easily find a nice spot to eat, like Sfizi di Pizza nearby 🍕.

-The location is quite convenient, close to Colliseum and subway station. -The room and bathroom were satisfactorily clean.
- The single room is too small, almost claustrophobic. - The breakfast, which was served in the room, but only from 08:45 till 09:15, was extremely poor (not even butter was offered). - the towels were of such bad quality and thin that you could hardly get dry with them. - The staff was not polite and helpful at all (see next item). - The Wi-Fi internet simply was not working (no signal at all). Neither in my room or in my friend´s room. About this, I complained to one of the staff (who is exactly the owner of the place) and she simply said that it could not be possible because all previous guests never complained about the internet. I tryed to show her my computer saying that the connection wasn´t going through and she refused to look at it, stating that it had to be my computer´s problem, even after I said that my friends were facing the same. She kept saying that she didn´t want to "argue" with me about the matter and finished the conversation.

Great location and helpful staff is all you need in Rome from your living. The shower was good and the bathroom clean. I can recomend this guesthouse!
Poor breakfast, be ware of the cappuchino. Small, and not really cleaned room.
